Permits and local rules
Most Lower Mainland cities allow a container on site while construction is underway under a valid building permit — but rules vary, and anything on the street or boulevard needs a separate city permit. This is general information, not legal advice.
We deliver on K2 Crane & Cartage's crane trucks, so the container is lifted off the truck and set exactly where it works best — over a fence or into a tight spot if needed.
