Delivery
We deliver throughout Surrey, and our crane trucks can set a container exactly where you need it — over a fence or into a tight lot.
Containers are lifted into place by K2 Crane & Cartage's crane trucks — over fences, into tight yards, set down level.
Local rules
Surrey's zoning bylaw allows shipping containers in industrial zones. On residential lots they're generally only permitted while construction is underway under a valid building permit — a rule the BC Supreme Court upheld in 2024. Check with the City before placing one at home.
