Sourced through our network
We find modified units (man-doors, windows, insulation) from trusted BC suppliers.
Placed level, first time
Crane placement means the unit sits exactly where you want it, doors and windows square.
Moves with you
When the job wraps up, we lift it onto the truck and on to the next site.
Which size?
A 20 ft fits a desk and plan table; a 40 ft can hold an office plus a separate storage end.
Tips before it arrives
- Decide on doors, windows and insulation first โ they drive price and lead time.
- Electrical work needs a permit and a licensed electrician (Technical Safety BC, or your city where it runs its own electrical permits).
- A unit people work in may fall under the BC Building Code โ ask your city what applies.
Permits and local rules
Occupied containers and anything with power or plumbing face more rules than plain storage. Confirm zoning and permits with your municipality. This is general information, not legal advice.
We deliver on K2 Crane & Cartage's crane trucks, so the container is lifted off the truck and set exactly where it works best โ over a fence or into a tight spot if needed.
