Containers are lifted into place by K2 Crane & Cartage's crane trucks — over fences, into tight yards, set down level.

In Kelowna, keeping a container permanently on residential (and some commercial) land needs a building permit, and the City requires it to be housed in an accessory building. Temporary use is allowed while moving (up to 60 days) or during construction under a valid building permit.
